The space
Our condo features a gated community, with an Oceanside pool & kids pool. The building has private, direct, access to both the BEACH and the BOARDWALK – rated one of the top 10 boardwalks in the US by US Food and Wine Magazine. The ONLY private residences directly on the boardwalk! Complimentary parking for 2 cars. There is also an ELEVATOR! A lobby/community area is available for use as well.
Outside of our million dollar views, one of our most commented on features is that we are the best location on the island. Walking distance to everything – restaurants, rides, fireworks, nightlife, live music, the marina for boat charters, arcade – you name it! Guests often don’t get in a car for days at a time.
Top-floor (4th-floor), and an END UNIT – very private. Full kitchen (stove, refrigerator, convection oven, toaster, Keurig). Washer / Dryer in unit. Cable TV and high speed internet (specific for the unit). Smart TV’s in both bedrooms for streaming.
2 Bedrooms and 2 Full Bathrooms (one with a jetted bathtub). The master bedroom has a Queen-sized bed and offers ocean views. The guest bedroom has a unique “TwinXL over KING” bunk bed, with a Twin trundle. This is a king sized bed, with a Twin XL bunk, and a pull out Twin trundle underneath. This room looks over at the city and marina.
There is additionally a queen sized pull-out sofabed, with a gel-infused memory foam mattress (remarkably comfortable), in the living room.
We recently purchased this condo to use as our own vacation home, but rent it out when we cannot enjoy it. We hope you can visit soon!

Additional rules
We respectfully ask that you care for all of our items, as if it was your own home. This is our family home, and we take great care to ensure all of our guests have everything they need – and more. Please leave it the way you found it, respect the neighbors, and the neighborhood.
• NO SMOKING, including on the balcony/patio.
• NO parties or events.
• NO pets.
• NO loud noise from 11:00pm – 8:00am.
• NO food or drinks in the bedrooms. • NO visitors or guests outside of the reservation.
• Do NOT hang anything from balcony railings (towels, swim suits, etc).
• Do NOT leave the balcony door open.
• We politely ask that you remove your shoes and leave them on the shoe rack at the front door. This limits sand/water on the floors, and keeps the furniture in good condition. Nobody wants to sit on a couch that peoples dirty shoes have been all over.
